Jammer Blocks for Gymnastics Rings
Turn gymnastics rings into a stable jammer press.
Jammer Blocks are PETG saddles that sit on wooden or plastic gymnastics rings and cradle a barbell. The bar stays in the notch instead of rolling off the ring, so you can run a DIY jammer press, hammer-strength style chest press, or ring-mounted row without a $1,000 jammer-arm attachment.
How the ring jammer press works
Hang rings at press height. Seat one block on each ring. Rest the barbell in the cradle, load plates, and press. Same setup garage-gym coaches use for a makeshift jammer — these blocks just lock the bar in place.
Who it is for
Home gyms, CrossFit boxes, and athletes who already own rings and a barbell and do not want steel jammer arms. Sold as a pair. Rings and barbell not included.
